Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if YOU cancel or reschedule. • There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be asked to reschedule. • NO extra people unless they are being serviced ‼️ • Braiding hair ONLY is provided with services. BOHO HAIR & PONYTAIL HAIR IS NOT PROVIDED WITH SERVICE. • Only hair colors 1, 1b, 2 & 4. All other colors are to be requested at the time of booking. Requests can be sent to 513-225-2028. • Anyone over 13 years of age must be booked as an Adult Style NOT a Kids Style! Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel please cancel 24 hours in advance. If you have to cancel deposits can be transferred ONLY if canceled in advance. If you NO CALL NO SHOW you will be charged 25% of your service or will no longer be able to book!
